• France provided India, 126 Rafale Aircrafts which were included in Indian Air Force. The order was supplied by Dassault Company.

• Britain's Queen Elizabeth-II has completed 60 years on throne. She is second women to be on throne for such long period after Queen Victoria who held the throne for 62 years.
• Prime Minister of Mauritious Dr. Naveenchandra Ramgoolam came to India in feb 2012 for discussion of trade and external affairs between India and Mauritious.
• Kofi Annan is appointed as an Ambassador of United Nations in Syria.
• Roomanias's new Prime Minister is Mr. Catalyn Prodeyu replacing Mr. Emil Bock.
• Aung San Soo Kyi will complete the parliamentary election of Myanmar.
