JACK LEW 

US President Barack Obama on January 10, 2013 nominated his chief of staff, as the next Treasury Secretary, praising him as an expert on the pressing national issues of the US government spending cuts and deficit reduction. Lew succeeds Timothy Geithner and takes the lead on difficult negotiations with Congress on how to cut the nation's massive debt and rein in spending a new central challenge for Obama's second term.
